Special Trout Fishing Regulation Area on Starrucca Creek

Starrucca Creek has proven to have a good population of wild trout. This makes it a good candidate for a special regulation area. We are proposing the area from the Brandt Bridge to the Lanesboro Bridge along the Rail Trail for catch and release only.
