People who believe that sexuality plays no part in morality, and that the appointment of an openly gay minister sends a message of inclusion to all people.
We the undersigned support Reverend Scott Rennie in his appointment as minister at Queens Cross Church, Aberdeen along with the congregation of Queens Cross Church, who voted overwhelmingly in favour of his appointment as their leader. Irrespective of our religious beliefs we believe that the appointment of the minister to Queens Cross Church is a matter for that congregations determination and that homophobia, clearly displayed by those in opposition to his appointment, has no place in modern society.
