Snakes should not be kept as pets!

If someone has a pet Cobra and they let it grow and grow and eventually it gets to big for their house/apartment or they don't want it anymore, many people release their snakes in the Everglades. Every time a snake is introduced to a new enviroment, it kills off native species.

Please consider that certain types of snakes such as cobras, rattlesnakes, and pythons should not be allowed as pets. They are killing native species in the Everglades.
