Make Pit Bull Hustling Illegal In The State Of Florida. Pit Bull Hustler's can collect pit bulls and other breeds for bait dogs all day long. Even if they are known pit bull hustlers and preying on free on line classifeds to do so. There is no Law against this. The only way to get them arrested is to actually follow them to whoever (usually the dog fighters) they deliver these dogs too. Law enforcement states it is too time consuming and they do not have the money or resources to do this. So these "Pit Bull Hustlers" continue to pick up these dogs, small and large breeds and sell them to these dog fighters. Do you want to know why? Because there is no law to arrest them for this. They tell you (the original owner that just rehomed your dog to them) "YOU gave me your dog, I can do what I want with it." They the "Pit Bull Hustler's" happen to be on the right side of the law. Carmel Cafiero just did an investigative report on a case in Fort Lauderdale where this actually occured. And what has happened to the man that is "preying" on Craig's List and other free on line classified ads, that Carmel did the story "Dog Gone" on? Absolutely NOTHING! There is no doubt that he is acquiring these dogs daily, but why is he still allowed to pick up these dogs? There is no law against it! People it is time to wake up and rattle a few cages. Why is this still be allowed to happen in this day and age? Animal Cruelty is no joke anymore! But this "Pit Bull Hustling" needs to be made Illegal! You know a person that is acquiring dogs and the next day he doesn't have that family pet he just got, but there is nothing that can stop him from doing this same act tomorrow and turning around selling these family pets after promising the orignal owner to give that dog a new and loving home. This is my personal story. Wake up our legislators and tell them enough is enough! This is animal cruelty of the worst kind. And let us get these violent "Thugs" off our Streets! They have no REGARD FOR LIFE OF ANYKIND!!
