MAKE ATVs STREET LEGAL IN PENNSYLVANIA! 2 WHEEL MOTORCYCLES LEGAL WHY NOT 4 WHEEL ATVs

My goal is to give atv enthusiast the opportunity to ride on state and township roads excluding the interstate highways. ATV operators should have the same opportunity motorcycles have with safety alterations which include:


-A town horn
-front and back brakes
-headlights and tail lights
-brake light
-running lights(license plate light)
-turn signals
-rearview mirror
-foot rests
