Scientists and wildlife advocates have long speculated that noise pollution is having a massive impact on marine life, and new research unfortunately confirms everyone's worst fears.

recent study, researchers found that
dolphins needed to stressfully "shout" at one another to communicate in their native habitats because the ocean was so loud with noise.
Offshore drilling is likely a huge contributor to this. It is time for the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) to finally investigate the impacts of these industrial processes on beloved wildlife!
