I would like to petition PM Lee Hsien Loong, MP K Shanmugam and MP Louis Ng to ensure that AVA stop using the services of infamously ruthless Francis Lee who does not care what pain and distress he causes to his victims, in his quest to enrich his coffers with blood money.
Ruthless dog catcher, Mr Francis Lee, has been fined by the AVA for his role in the death of a dog, which died from strangulation after being caught in a noose trap, after it fell into a drain next to the trap. Francis Lee had been engaged "with the knowledge that he was an experienced animal handler based on his many years of work in animal transportation", said the AVA. However, several stray dog feeders reported seeing Mr Lee in the Punggol and Serangoon North Industrial Park areas catching stray dogs using fish hooks, wire nooses and mattress spring coils. It was reported that MP Louis Ng also said that AVA has decided not to use controversial stray-catcher Francis Lee's services anymore. However, he has been spotted all over Singapore with his van GBD 484 S all over Singapore, still entrapping dogs. Even this morning on 14 October 2016, he was spotted near IMH, preparing to entrap more hapless dogs. I would like to entreat PM Lee Hsien Loong, Minister K Shanmugam and MP Louis Ng to ensure that AVA stop using the services of Francis Lee, who obviously does not care about whatever unnecessary pain and distress he inflicts on his victims as long as he gets paid by the AVA.
