Despite various efforts to save animals from the laboratory scene, primates are still being used in the name of science, medicine and experimentation. There is an additional concern for monkeys that are continually transported to U. S. Laboratories through Air France. The effort is to ask Air France stop transporting primates to laboratories in the midst of their claim that they are “making the sky the best place on Earth.” Yet this airline is one of the largest transporters of primates worldwide. Other airlines have ceased in transporting primates on a one-way trip to laboratories where they are imprisoned and tormented in experiments.
Most often, primates are taken out of their natural environments, ripped from their homes and families. They are then placed in crammed wooden crates in cargo for a dark, terrifying and fearful journey. These animals do not deserve for such a horrifying fate. Join me in urging Air France to follow suit with other airlines and stop transporting primates to laboratories by signing and sharing this petition, adding your own thoughts and comments on the issue.
