A sweet pup was found wandering around in Waco, Texas. The dog, named Golden Girl, was wearing a collar so tight that it caused severe, painful lacerations around the animal's neck. At best, this was an instance of severe neglect – and in a worst case scenario, the harm suffered by this animal could have been intentional. We need justice for Golden Girl!

Regardless of whether the hurt suffered by this innocent pup was intentional or simply cruel negligence, treating a dog like this shows a clear lack of knowledge and compassion. Someone able to do this to an animal like Golden Girl, whose adorable nickname is G.G., should not be allowed to own animals again in the future.
