Demand justice for abused starved Greek dog whose eyes were filled with blood!

A Greek dog was starved and abused for 5 years. Its eyes were FULL of blood and it was unable to sit down. It was reported to police and municipal lot of Arta Greece but they did nothing except tell the dogs owner someone had reported him! The owner took dog to be put down so there is no postmortem. Supposedly the dog had cancer but there is NO vets report.
