Unblock Soundcloud and Spotify on school chromebooks

Teachers allow students to listen to music on their school chrome books sometimes during class time. Most teachers don't like for their students to use their phones to listen to music. Spotify and sound cloud are national apps that most students have an account for so why block it if students are allowed to use them?
