Stop the mistreatment of children caused by other children (bullying)

The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, http://www.unicef.org/crc/files/Rights_overview.pdf, tells us how the world's youth should be treated by adults. I intend to lobby for a change to the CRC (called a protocol) which will call for children to be kind to each other, in a major step towards stamping out bullying. This is a massive undertaking but we can change the world if we all stand up and say we don't want to tolerate bullying anymore. Countless numbers of children throughout the world miss school every day because bullies create an unsafe atmosphere. Every child and teenager has the right to be safe while they are with other children, both in the real world and in cyberspace.
