STOP PUBLIC SERVICES FROM BECOME CURUPT

The San Diego metropolitan system is planning on finding people who are riding without a pass/valid fair. Many people use these buses, and trolleys as means to transport. And the people who are using these, are at a disadvantage, not having their own transport. And now they’re going to be fine for Trying to get home or whatever they were doing. Fine up to $190 for using a trolley, If someone did not have the money to pay the fair, what makes you think they will have the money to pay that ticket?
