Raise Public Awareness of the operations of Leigh Dogs and Cats Home

Justice For Leigh Animals (J4LA) want to debate with the local council regarding the historic and ongoing animal welfare issues that have been documented over many years relating to operation of LEIGH DOGS AND CATS HOME

This company has been plagued over the years by accusations of mistreatment of animals, selling untreated and infected animals to the public, destroying animals brought into their care without following proper procedures and engaging in selling animals raised in illegal puppy farms, all activities carried out with the sole purpose of making money for the Owners. In order for us to be guaranteed time to question the council regarding this facility and the relationship that it has with them, we need to generate 5000 signatures to this petition or at the very least, a substantial number to make them sit up and listen.
