Stronger Animal Abuse Laws

In this state if you kill, abuse or neglect any animal for fun and etertainment you get a misdemeanor.Our laws need to be more sever or we will never see this viscious cycle end. We need to stop this cycle and not allow our shelters to be brick bulidings with no ventalation and animals stuck in small cages for hours upon hours. Lets come togther and stop these distgusting acts of hate.
