Better Animal Habitats At lagoon!

  Every year the well known theme park, Lagoon, spends money on building and designing new rides.  They should be spending there money on bettering the habitats and lives of the animals that they have.  They have the minimum size cages allowed by the AZA (Association of zoos and Aquariums), made of cement and fence.  No grass, dirts, rocks, or any other natural earth that the animals should be raised around.  They are kept in cages, NOT habitats.   I would like to present this petition to Lagoon in hopes that they will consider putting off new rides for a year or two and use that money to work on new habitats for the animals they own.
