Assessment Committee needed for Citrus County Shelter Dogs

The killing of the animals at the Citrus County Animal Shelter has sky rocketed They are quarantining dogs as aggressive without a qualified assessment or committee to determine if this is true. The animals are not allowed out of their cages to be walked nor are they view able to the public who may have lost their dog.
