Demand justice for the 5puppies who were killed by this ruthless girl

The court judge  decided to let the girl off with a warning  because she was too young to understand her actions .she s 16!!!!

she threw 5 helpless puppies into the raging river water and recorded it for fun . All the puppies died .

and when she left court she was grinning and smirking and telling friends how glad she was that she got away from it 

people should sign this so such gross injustice should  never go un punished !!!!!
