The Greensboro Science Center recently lost a beloved tiger named Kisa. Kisa was 1 of 2 tigers at the center and tragically left behind her brother, Axl.
Axl is now a lone tiger mourning the loss of his sister and only companion. Axl is confined in an enclosure not adequate for the needs of this beloved tiger.
Tigers are endangered, and in captivity often become agitated while living in confinement. Axl has been seen pacing the perimeters of his enclosure. This is a sign of stress and boredom. Tigers were born to lurk, stalk and hide and Axl has been denied opportunities to follow his instincts.
We are asking the Greensboro Science Center send Axl to a tiger sanctuary so that he may live his life with other tigers and have the space to follow his instincts. Sign my petition to save this beloved tiger from a sad, solitary life solely for human entertainment. It is undeniable that Axl does not deserve a life of pacing alone. Please demand Axl be sent to a space more appropriate for his needs
