Find the man who threw a kitten to the sea for fun

Even tought there is a law against animal cruelty in Puerto Rico, there is still a very big problem of people mistreating animals in the island. Recently, a video was filmed where a young man has a kitten in his hands and talks about him in a tone as if he were making fun of the animal, later he trows the kitten to the ocean and the animal tries to swim back to shore desperately.
There is evidence to find this person, tell the newspaper who published the video and the police of Puerto Rico to find this guy now!!
