Donald Trump is chickening out of the September debate with Kamala Harris, and now says he will only do it if Fox News runs the debate AND can fill the audience with his supporters.

Trump agreed to the rules for the debate, and the format was set long ago. He can't change it just because he's scared of losing. And he doesn't get to demand his own special "safe space" run by Fox and Trump's cult members.
