Speed bumps for our neighborhood

We need speed bumps in our neighborhood. I have a disabled 3 year old that requires a lot of hospitalizations and is constantly being transported to and from the hospital and doctors appointments. There have been times when my baby has been loaded on to a emergency rescue ambulance or Fire dept rescue truck and people drive by as if this were homestead speedway. Our residential neighborhood speed is 25-30mph and people drive by going 60mph. That’s is a huge hazard being that we have children outside most of the time and someone could be critically injured. We have stop signs at 3 different locations on our cross streets but they are ignored about 80% of the time. We had someone blow by our street at 10pm a couple nights ago while it was raining and they completely negated the stop sign. We need these speed bumps. Please help us make our neighborhood safe one again. This is crucial to our community.
