Anime/Manga Citrus not labeled Hand Fetish in Western languages

Citrus was posted by a non-western girl to be a female hand fetish manga from 2012. The American anime fan community among people my age born from 1985 to 2009 do not recognize it's existence. He said "eww" and nobody supported it. There are western anime sites that even talk about a serial killer with a female hand fetish, but it's actually only a 16th century art joke.

The Earth and Years 2014 & 2016-2019 hate attractive female hands and love male and all ugly hands. You have to be touched by ugly people against your own will in my culture these days. Everybody knows that the world will never change until the 2030s, and this is because the 2013/2010 utopia was supposed to be 2020, but they lost and got banned.

The petition is to label that one manga on English and other western anime/manga marketing sites.

I want to show everybody this : Not all whites share more in common with American sexuality than the opposite of American sexuality! All "White Westerners" do, by that i mean a country where 50% or more of people are white.

Latin American sexuality is the opposite of all other western sexuality, but does not even go remotely far enough to be opposite of American since opposite of America is not allowed anymore during times since March 2014.
