Charge Stephanie Astacio for 1st Degree Murder

Stephanie Astacio is the main reason Junior from the Bronx is dead. She set him up so her so called boyfriend wouldn’t get murdered. He was an innocent good kid that has nothing to do with the situation but since this kid looked like the boyfriend she framed him. Let’s get her out of protective custody and get her into a prison to pay for this !!!
