Prosecute Repeat Animal Abuse Offenders

Colbert county, Alabama sheriffs department and district attorney Hal hughston should prosecute repeat convicted animal abuser, Debra Jane to the fullest extent of the law for 28 dead horses found on her property, 27 confiscated horses and 47 suffering dogs.
Repeat offenders must be held accountable for their actions. Prosecute to prevent further abuse.
