Rescue the animals at Ruff Ruff Sanctuary

Animals are being neglected, not being cared for properly and some have even died. We are starting this petition in the hopes of getting enough signatures by concerned members of Luna county and fellow animal lovers, to get the animals at " Ruff Ruff Sanctuary" rescued, get the " sanctuary" closed down and hopefully get a judgement against the owner prohibiting him from having animals in the future since he is a repeat offender of animal abuse and neglect.
