Justice for Chunky

Four lads stole and tortured a defenseless dog, setting him on fire and feeding him drugs. These lads were not given a prison sentence. They need to be made an example of. Otherwise we are openly allowing youths to torture, steal and harm our pets, our family members. How is this fair, these disgusting human beings are still allowed to freely walk the streets after what they have done. See link below:
Lets have their punishment reviewed and push for them to be made an example of. Show people what happens when you torture defenseless animals !!
