Demand Michelle Lidy be appointed to Clerk-Treasurer

Monty Combs the current and newly elected clerk-treasurer for the town of Speedway has announced his resignation effective January 31st of 2020, keep in mind that he has not even been sworn in for this term or if he has it has been a matter of days. There were rumors running rampant during the campaign for this election that Monty would resign shortly after he was elected in order to protect the seat.

Unlike her opponent, Michelle Lidy ran a prideful and clean campaign for this office just 63 short days ago.

The election was so close, just 60 votes; the voters and citizens of Speedway Indiana deserve someone they voted for. Since Monty has resigned that should clearly be Michelle Lidy.  

Demand that the Wayne Township GOP headed by Gary Raikes appoint Michelle to this role immediately. Michelle will have to switch parties for this to happen, let her decide.
