Petition for Resignation ASD Region 5

We, the undersigned residents of REGION 5 of the Armstrong School District (Elderton Borough, Plumcreek & South Bend Townships), hereby call on our school director, D. Royce Smeltzer, to immediately submit his resignation from the school board due to the financially irresponsible, reckless and educationally damaging decisions he has made while in that position.
