Demand an end to kill animal shelters

Dear Governor Brown, every day innocent healthy dogs and cats, puppies and kittens are being distroyed because of lack of funds to board them in local shelters. These innocent creatures should not have to suffer because no one cares enough to save them. Many of these shelters do not give enough time for these animals to be adopted or for their owners to find them. We would like to ask you to help these beautiful animals by creating more funding for these shelters and to change kill shelters to NO KILL shelters. We would also like to see more rescue organizations to help home these animals and give them a second chance.
