Don't euthanize Yogi the dog due to poor ownership

Don't euthanize Yogi the dog because of poor ownership. On December 30th of 2015, Yogi the dog was tied to a tree by a young woman whom he then attacked out of anxiety and fear from previous abuse. The owners Lucas MacNeil and Kati Mather are known drug addicts who have a history of threatening the dog while under the influence. This was the first time the dog has shown any aggressive behaviour towards humans or other animals..Please dont euthanize Yogi due to poor ownership, instead have him rehabilitated in hopes to find a new forever home.
