The Carter Center has announced that after multiple hospital stays, President Jimmy Carter has "decided to spend his remaining time at home with his family and receive hospice care instead of additional medical intervention."

For nearly a century, Jimmy Carter has been a shining example of what it means to be a truly good and decent human being. People across the nation and the globe love and respect him, and with good reason.
