Speed limits not enforced.

There are speed limits poster every neighborhood. A main road that crosses one has 30 miles an hour. The cross road is a small road anyone who parks has to park on yards and that's a no no. But UPS delivery they park in middle of road. This road old country road. No sidewalks you have to walk in road. Not even a two lane. The city ignore pleas to lower the same 30 miles per hour as the cross road that have been widen curbs sidewalks. Really. There are several roads as this one in poor condition. Large pieces missing from road that tears cars who have to drive on. Complained road condition a sign to slow down children playing. Lower speed limits and be enforced. So what gonna do about it.
