THE ADMS POLICY OF REQUIRING DNA & MICROCHIPPING OF DONKEYS

ADMS is requiring a permanent ID in order to register your animal.  This means that every animal must have a freeze brand, microchip or DNA on file at one of the approved DNA testing labs.  This is effective January of 2009.
We feel that this will cause undue hardship and expense on breeders as well as slow down registrations.  Therefore, we are objecting to this requirement  being mandatory.
