SHUT DOWN Kathy Bauch's puppy mill in Minnesota

                                                                                                                       As everyone in animal rescue, animal welfare and rights activists, animal lovers and humane educators alike know commercial breeding facilities A.K.A  Puppy Mills are horrific places of abuse to domestic animals, and this is a cruelty that has been continuely supported and overlooked for DECADES by local/state/federal officials/agencies. How does a licenced breeder rack up numerous USDA citations, be charged with animal cruelty/torture, practicing vet care without a licence, do time in jail, and still be allowed to continue her cruelty even on her work release, and remain open for business to supply puppies to pet store??? The reason why is the USDA'S failure AND THE FAILURE OF OTTER TAIL/FERGUS FALLS POLICE AND OFFICIALS to enforce even the "Minimum" standards and rules of the Animal Welfare Act (AWA)  excusing abuse/neglect in puppy mills just because the breeders are USDA licensed. PLEASE contact the governor of Minnesota TIM PAWLENTY at Tim.Pawlenty@state.mn.us and all County Attorneys/County Commissioners and demand something be done about the imminent danger these dogs are facing,and appoint an interim caretaker to seal/preserve the evidence and care for their needs until trial, and convince him that full prosecution is needed/expected in this case. Also contact the USDA and demand change with the NON-enforcement of the animal welfare act by current inspectors at Kathy Bach's puppy mill and all puppy mills across the United States and free these dogs from continualy cruelty and death. WE THE PEOPLE OF AMERICA AND OVER 17 COUNTIRIES/CONTINENTS FEEL THE CURRENT CONDITIONS IN THIS COURT WILL NOT BE CONDUCTIVE TO A FAIR TRIAL (FOR THE VICTIMS-THE DOGS) THEREFORE THIS TRIAL NEEDS TO BE MOVED, AND AN IMMEDIATE "CARETAKER(S)" BE APPOINTED TO CARE FOR THE DOGS DAILY NEEDS AND PRESERVE CRITICAL EVIDENCE FOR CONVICTION      THE WORLD IS WATCHING PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING FOR THE DOGS AND NOT PLACE MINNESOTA ON THE MAP AS THE PUPPY MILL DOG "KILL STATE"  AND PROSECUTE TOTHE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, AND FREE THESE DOGS TO ANIMAL WELFARE AGENCIES
