Keep CARTOONS on Cartoon Network

Recently Cartoon Network has taken to sliding live action movies into their programming. While this is certainly not a life altering sort of thing, I find it distressing and wish for them to stick with the core programming as indicated in the name of the channel - CARTOONS.
We, the undersigned, love cartoons. We (usually) love Cartoon Network. But the recent selections of live action movies for the weekend Cartoon Theater feature (like
The Goonies and
Dumb & Dumber) seem to be a harbinger of bad things to come. Aside from being bad television programming choices in general, they are NOT ANIMATED! Animation and live action hybrid movies / shows work. But Cartoon Network needs to be showing cartoons.
Cartoon Network,
please don't follow Music Television [now MTV] and Video Hits 1 [now VH1], among others, down the path of becoming distanced from your core programming and having to change your name. Cartoons need a home - and you've been doing an admirable job thus far. Don't screw it all up by adding in live action programming - it's not necessary. We'd like to continue loving Cartoon Network!
Besides, CN is not nearly a catchy enough name to use permanently.
Thank you for your consideration!
