Brazilian Mayor of Alto do Rodrigues, RN, promotes a dog slaughter

I wish to inform the international public opinion of what is still allowed to happen in Brazil, with no legal consequences and by initiative of our governmental authorities.
The Major of a city in Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil, called Alto do Rodrigues, determined the slaughter of 26 healthy dogs.This senseless murder was witnessed by a local authority, that has made a video of the dumping of the bodies of the 26 dogs on a garbage site, and is now being threatened for opening the information to the population.
Please sign this protest against this infamous act ordered by the Major.We, brazilians, need international support to make this SHAME stop everywhere in this country.
