3 Step Killing Process For Seals Violated

The Canadian goverment imposed a 3 Step Killing Process for all  Seals.
They are,
1. Stunning.
2. Checking for unconsciousness
3. Bleeding.
Ensuring the seal is dead. Before being impaled on a metal hook and dragged on the ice to a nearby boat.
According to Rebecca Aldworth Director of HSUS, quote, " Not  one hunter bothered to follow the New Licensing Conditions."
