IF WE CAN ALL STAND TOGETHER AND GET FEDERAL FUNDING TO HELP OUT THE BRAVE WILD HORSE RESCUERS TO CONTINUE THE MEDICAL CARE OF LITTLE PACMAN, WHO SUSTAINED INJURIES POSSIBLY FROM BARB WIRE, SO TYPICALLY USED BY UNCARING INDIVIDUALS , WHEN TODAY THERE ARE NUMEROUS SAFER AND HUMANE WAYS TO FENCE LAND.

House of Representatives in Arizona approved a BILL HP 2340 Feb 2015 this bill recognizes and stipulates that the Salt River Wild Horses are not livestock, it defines the scope of the herd and clarifies that horses that are part of the Salt River Wild Horse Herd are not stray animals. It also establishes clear jurisdiction and provides a process to resolve any incident that requires interaction with the herd in order to protect the health and safety of the horses and the public This bill also recognizes that harassing, shooting or killing of any Salt River Wild Horses is a CRIMINAL OFFENSE.

THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SHOULD ALSO STAND BY THESE BILLS WITH PROVIDING GRANT FUNDING TO ALL RESCUE FACILITIES TO FURTHER PROTECT THESE DELICATE CREATURES THAT SO NEED TO BE LEFT TO LIVE THE LIVES THEY ARE USED TO - ROAM FREE AND UNHARMED.
