Always Faithful Animal Rescue, a shelter in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, is facing a whopping
91 counts of second-degree animal cruelty.
But all of the animals are still being sheltered at Always Faithful Animal Rescue --

The animals were living in deeply unsanitary conditions, and over 30 of them had never been vaccinated for rabies. Many of the dogs were not licensed at all.
The facility is claiming that the intention was not to hurt the animals, and that staff simply hadn't finished its usual cleaning rounds. Even if this is true, the animals deserve safety and caring treatment in the meantime while the facility is able to address these glaring issues of sanitation and neglect.
These animals deserve immediate care, safety, and comfort. Local authorities must move them to a safe rescue until the issues with Always Faithful Animal Rescue have been addressed for good!
