STOP!! Hazardous Material (Diesel Fuel) Dumping on Maumee River

Prevent the Construction Industry in Northwest Ohio from dumping hazardous materials in and around the Maumee River and Western Great Lakes basin.

Now come the Petitioners, by and through signature, demanding the immediate halt of the use of diesel fuel, a known hazardous material, in and around the Maumee River and Western Great Lakes basin.


I have been working this area as an activist for more than 20 years, BIG CONSTRUCTION in Northwest Ohio is and has been dumping diesel fuel and other petroleum contaminants into and around the Maumee River and the Western Great Lakes basin the whole time.


The EPA has 3 conditions for a waterway; Good, threatened and impaired. The Maumee River and entire surrounding waterways are already listed with the EPA as impaired. This causes a huge negative impact on our wildlife and our natural resources and MUST be stopped.


Thank you for your time and careful consideration in this crucial issue, I have already had loss of life of my family and friends for my work and these people must be brought to justice. I ask you to PLEASE make sure to pass this on. Thank you.
