Sulphur OK Animal Shelter Operates Extermination Facility

Sulphur OK is running a 'shelter' in deplorable conditions. City Manager, Bill Holley and police chief David Shores KNOW they're in violation of state laws, but are denying access to the shelter by the public and local television stations.
