stop animal cruelty esp in NW UK where Justice system is useless

Animals CANNOT defend themselves so the justice system should realise this and increase the punishment to be worse than cruelty to a human being! UK Judicial system is rubbish and uncaring where Criminals do not care because they know they will NOT serve for the crime! Police are powerless because JUSTICE will NOT be served! It is a JOKE. Judicial Office needs to change NOW.
