Save the Stray Dogs in Bulgaria from being Murdered.

The stray dogs in Bulgaria are in danger of losing their lives.
The nationalist party "ATAKA" has prepared amendments to the Bulgarian Veterinary law. This would mean a roll back policy considering mass killing of stray dogs as a "normal" dog population management strategy.
Lets tell the Prime Minister and other officials that this is not an acceptable way to deal with the stray dog population and that the only effective and fair answer is Neuter and Spay.
These innocent stray dogs need people to speak up for them.
