Demand a ban on pellet guns and air rifles! Now!

The time has come for these weapons to become illegal.
They are being used to shoot primates that enter urban areas while foraging for food in gardens.
Badly injured and maimed monkeys then suffer and die. Even those taken to vets more often than not need to be euthanized.
Purchasing these weapons is easy and because they do not fall into the same category as firearms, are being used by both adults and children.
The practice of shooting pellets into harmless animals needs to STOP!
The only way to protect our wild life especially primates, is an outright ban on pellet guns and air rifles.
