Make Pigeon Shoots Illegal in Pennsylvania

Please stop pigeon shoots. These are cruel gatherings. Pigeons are starved and dyhrated to make them easier targets. Then they are fired at by multiple guns. If they do escape, they usually just die, a slow, painful death a few days later.
