Cherish's Law

We need a "Cherish's Law" and I will not stop until Florida has one.  I fully intend to ask these state legislators, how many more children do we have to lose before you keep the repeat offenders locked up for the rest of their lives? You can reform a drug offender. The only reform for a repeat predator is life. How about you focus on the REAL threats?
