Staff that are part-time are under trained and mismanaged. Director has unknown knowledge of current duties of staff.
Currently, they seize animals without the will to have them returned. They have deemed most dogs vicious in these animals are not vicious. They have been noted of taken dogs illegally out of peoples' yards. There have been stories of people going to claim their animals and they have no known knowledge of the animal ever beeing there. These are the various reasons why the Animal Control Commission should be re-commissioned. To have the oversight, willful knowledge, and the heart of the community.
