STOP COUNTY KILL SHELTERS

As people dump their pets in the streets or the woods, there is an ever increasing need to house them. Some of them are surrenders due to owners dying or other personal and unexpected circumstances. We can't let these babies die because WE, as a society, don't have the will to do something about it. NO KILL SHELTERS.
