Impeach Judges Roberts and Ialeggio for Judicial Misconduct, abuse of power

The Issue

I'm urging Congress to investigate and impeach Judges Michelle Ialeggio and Terrie E. Roberts of the San Diego Family Court for their violations of constitutional rights, abuse of power, and failure to uphold due process in their decisions. Their actions have caused harm to families and individuals while pursuing personal agendas, and we demand accountability.

I, Maria Herta, have personally suffered the consequences of the San Diego Family Court system under the rulings of Judges Ialeggio and Roberts. Despite no allegations of abuse or neglect, I was unjustly separated from my child. My voice was disregarded, and crucial evidence was ignored. This has deeply affected me, and I know many other families who have endured similar mistreatment.

This sets a dangerous precedent that impacts not only the people of San Diego but anyone who relies on the integrity of our judicial system.

We must push for change now before more families suffer at the hands of an unjust court system.

I'm demanding that Congress take immediate action to:

Launch a thorough investigation into the actions of Judges Michelle Ialeggio and Terrie E. Roberts;
Hold hearings within the House Judiciary Committee to assess the misconduct and constitutional violations occurring in San Diego Family Court;
If necessary, initiate articles of impeachment to remove both judges from the bench, ensuring that they are held accountable for their abuse of power and failure to uphold constitutional principles.
